Following the recent completion of a section of a £13M Project, where Linkit Recruitment provided the specific quality of personnel for Grahams Construction to self-deliver, we have again engaged with Linkit Recruitment for labour support.

Within our Stockport By-Pass project, we required a multitude of blue collar labour ranging from Section Foreman through to Gates person. Following site meetings and project plans with Matt Cunliffe (Linkit Director) it was again clear that Linkit could deliver the specific personnel we required.

Linkit attended site and met workers ensuring they administered all required contracts and conducted evaluations, which in turn ensured we had an extremely productive workforce.

The standard of Linkit Recruitments labour compared to our current Sub-Contract supply chain is comparable or better, which meant for our company and project budget we managed to save money on the packages, yet improved the quality when delivering the project for Stockport Council.

I am now looking forward to my next project, in which we look to again to partner with Linkit Recruitment to successfully self-deliver aspects of a £60 Million Pound project, I am more than confident the next project will be a great success.
